Soy Sauce Alternative

For those who need a replacement due to a soy allergy.

2 Tbs beef stock
1 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp molasses
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup boiling filtered spring water

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil until it is reduced by about half.
